EVOLUTION

Our menu is evolving and expanding!

We opened our terrace last year with a dedicated menu of exquisite seasonal dishes, individually priced, and it went down a storm. It was such a shame to close the terrace at the end of the season, and we have missed it ever since. So we have decided that this time around, we are bringing it back - but better!! From the 22nd May, we will be offering a new menu alongside our Tasting Menu, Furna 2.0 if you like, with an incredible selection of smaller à la carte plates, sharing cuts from our aging fridge, and desserts to blow your socks off. Both menus can be enjoyed inside, outside, wherever you like! As always - ingredient driven, flavour focussed and intelligently crafted. Our wine cellar is growing under the dedicated guardianship of our talented Sommelier Lucy, and our Bar Manager Jess has been working tirelessly to design the most incredible cocktail menu we’ve ever tasted (and tasted, and tasted, and tasted).

This is something that we have been thinking about for some time. It’s the menu that we, as industry professionals, want to eat on our days off. This is what we love, crave in our spare time, and we want to share it with you. 

One thing to note (and it’s a hot topic on most Brits' lips!) is the changeable weather in England! Therefore the outside terrace will be only available for walk-in guests and the inside restaurant tables will be fully bookable (with walk-in tables possible - if available) Fear not the reservation system on our website is live, so you can reserve anytime. 

This will be absolutely huge. Come for a bite to eat, a lazy lunch, a special dinner, a drink and nibbles - whatever you fancy. We absolutely cannot wait to welcome you.
