BOOKING T&C’S

We welcome bookings for 1-6 people. Larger parties can be accommodated in our private dining room, we also offer whole restaurant hire. Please note, we take deposits for all reservations.

We also offer dining at our counter table overlooking the open kitchen. Please specify when booking if you require one of these seats. 

We have select seating times for reservations.

You can make a reservation for our lunch sitting anytime between 12:30pm - 1:30pm and for dinner between 6:30pm - 8:30pm.

Our seating times do not reflect the duration of your meal. Expect to relax and savor your dining experience, our selected seating times are simply the allocated times we allow reservations to be made.

ALLERGENS AND DIETARY REQUIREMENTS

Due to the nature of our menu we are unable to offer a vegan menu or cater for some severe allergies / food intolerances. Please contact  bookings@furnarestaurant.co.uk if you have an allergy/intolerance and would like to make a reservation.

If you would like to request a vegetarian or pescatarian menu please notify us via phone or email at the time of booking, and our team will be happy to create a bespoke menu for you. 

Vegetarian and pescatarian menus cannot be guaranteed without prior arrangement of at least 48 hours before your reservation.

DEPOSITS

STANDARD RESERVATIONS
As a small, independent restaurant we must protect ourselves against no-shows and short-notice cancellations. For that reason, we take card details for all reservations.

We request at least 72 hours notice for cancellations. Cancellations made less than 72 hours before your reservation will result in a £55 charge per person for the Seasonal Set Menu menu or a £95 charge per person for the Tasting Menu cancellation fee.

FURNA SUNDAY SESSIONS - Booking T&C's
[DEPOSITS] As a small independent restaurant we must protect ourselves against no-shows and short-notice cancellations. For this reason, all reservations for Sunday Sessions are paid in advance at the time of booking (£65 per person) this amount will be deducted off your bill at the end of the meal.
Due to the nature of this special menu and the fact we order in produce specially for this event - we are unable to offer any refunds for a cancellation. In the event you need to move your booking to another day we can facilitate this with 72 hours notice, after this time the reservations deposit will be forfeited. 

PRIVATE DINING - T&C's
[DEPOSITS]   Due to the nature of this very special event a deposit 50% of your minimum spend is required upon making a reservation, this deposit will be taken off your bill at the end of the night.
PLEASE NOTE:  In the event that you wish to cancel your private dining reservation that this deposit is non refundable.

SPECIAL EVENTS - T&C’S

In the event that you wish to cancel your reservation the full cost of the ticket per person will be charged.
